Cons

The management forced employees to video interpretation and without pay raise. Most people get $14/hr. Also the management deleted posts about pay rate or pay raise in the chatter between employees. Since the interpreters are working at home, the chatter is one of the few ways that people are communicating with each other. No support once you are hired. No rest room time.

No commuting to the job, it is ideal for certain people who can't or dont want to get stuck in rush hour.

Stressful and hectic because contant calls coming in.
