Pros

No commute required, Good job for scenario exposures

Cons

Brain-Draining, Restless interpretation, Expecting sudden "overstaff unpaid off", Unreasonable insurance package i.e. prepare to pay more than $200 a month for the minimal package, poor technological infrastructure i.e the system coded you as unavailable in error and therefore you are not getting paid for those uncountable minutes, Lack of understanding of front line from the management

Pros

Work from home. That's it.

Cons

The pay is more than the minimum but they grind you to the bone. You get non-stop calls with barely a chance to breathe in between. There are different "pay scales" where some are not paid Vacation, Sick and Holiday (even when working on a Holiday). Overtime Pay is dependent on the state where you live, and in most cases, when one doesn't reach 80 work hours in a pay period, you don't get paid overtime even if you worked beyond your normal working hours in a day. You have to log out to use the bathroom - and those minutes are deducted from your pay check. Communication is one of the worst - you don't know what's going on until the last minute. You either get information extremely delayed, like a month or so, after they have implemented something or you don't get any response at all. There is no real training - you train on the job. If you do need to undergo some kind of so-called training, not only do you not get compensated, you also have to do it outside of your work hours.
