could work from home,no commune,no making up,no dressing up.

Feel so lonely to be an employee of this company, all you can do is sitting at home during that 8 hours,call after call,some times, the LEP are totally out of control, told some long long long story which is not relative what they are calling for, some times,the client(English speakers are so rude,or aggressive),one time, I experience one client said she could not understand what I was saying at all after I talked those opening words,those are just simple "Thank you for calling,this is someboy,ID number...something like these",I apologized for that,then ask her if she wants to change to another interpreter or she needs me to repeat that opening words again super slowly,then I repeat that one word by one word. the paystub likes alien's symbols,hard to understand, you may be never know what those money come from, what if they missed any minutes to pay.Once you have some issues or you have some questions about payment need to be clarified,it is hardly to get a feedback.All you can do is submit "request report"from the portal, but not for sure if it would give you a directly and clear answer.It will make you exhausted to play around with them.

Pros

whoever says this is a good company to work for needs a reality check.

Cons

they mess up the new system big time. some interpreters get zero calls while others are swamped by calls. They pay incorrectly, my last paycheck showed only 39 hours of work when i worked 80 hours in that two weeks. I've been sending support requests about this, God knows when someone will respond to them. Not happy at all.
