      Good benefits Remote work available

      Cons

      Tells you that you are required to work weekends with no pay/overtime yet you are a hourly employee. If you refuse, they pile on the work to force you to eork weekends. If you refuse they push you out the door. This all started during the covid pandemic .

      Pros

      Small company so you get to wear a lot of hats.

      Cons

      80% of the company is just collecting a paycheck/ waiting for retirement without having done meaningful work in years. Complete snooze fest. 20% of the company is burnt out and not recognized. No opportunity for growth, don’t work here if you’re a serious engineer who wants to have a fulfilling and meaningful career.
