      Uncompetitive compensation. They were focused on acquisitions and not growing from within.

      Was Good While It Lasted

      Pros

      I loved my boss before he took another position and our team. Great salary and bonus, good work environment but they let people go left and right. After the cyber attack of 2023 they laid off even more, me included. I was only there a year.

      Cons

      Unorganized, lacking policies, no cohesion, my last boss was dull and unfriendly.
