As we grow and add capabilities to the organization, there are times when employees are asked to play broader roles. Newer teams and business sometimes must do that to support growth. Our more mature businesses typically see more specialty roles. We think that allows for opportunities for all types of employees; some prefer broader roles, and some prefer more narrow or niche opportunities.
