      Challenging, rewarding work

      Innovation is encouraged and rewarded Optical supplies procurement is greatly eased by being a part of MKS family, which includes Newport Friendly, hands-off managers

      Cons

      IT department is understaffed, which made onboarding a pain. Management inexplicably laid off our machinist, which meant that rapid prototyping had to go through external machine shops.
