Internal education and training are available. Strong financial performance overall. Technical environment. Good team of kind individuals.

Cons

- Lack of business process training and expectations & requirements to follow business processes causes a lot of wasted time and quality issues due to conflicting expectations. -Company suffers from lack of bench strength in most positions (labor cost cutting). This leads to bad decisions and bad management at local level until the higher level management takes notice and action. -The desire / requirement for high ROI at the plant level also has some negative effects on innovation.

The hours are consistent with five 8 hour days a week. The work is repetitive and not too difficult.

Cons

There isn't a lot of opportunity for advancement, but there is some.
