best index construction and investment analytics. lots of smart people all around. products are very good and clients are the top names, easy to get exposure to them. you will learn everything about investments & portfolios here. great benefits decent wlb. really good place to get financial experience.

Cons

this is CEO's company, so very top-down culture. management obsesses over and focused on shareholders not customers or their experience. limited internal movement. tech stack needs updating
