      Company with big name but small worklife balance

      Good pay as compared to other companies in Pune Great HR policies

      No worklife balance work can extend upto 12 hrs daily If something arises in vacation have to log in your paid holidies Work in weekends Job insecurity Arrogand/Rude managers or the people with power No cab

      Good communication and work life balance

      Pros

      I interviewed for MSCI few months back. The one thing I liked was even though I was wrong at some places, the interviewer saw the potential in me and gave me a chance. That was enough. I nailed the next interview. After that, we had meets with the HR and believe me, the HR is more friendly than I could have ever imagined. They rolled out the offer letters yesterday and I'm quite happy with their work. So yes, till now I am loving this company.
