      Pros

      Good company to work for with decent pay and strong domain exposure. One of the leaders in ESG with good outreach. Ownership based working culture.

      Cons

      Just 2 negatives but huge ones: -Lot of politics -Worst HR Team ever and their active participation in everything wrong that happens on a daily basis. Please don't, I repeat DON'T share your problems/issues with them. They'll use it against you.

      Some interesting people to work with. Good benefits; Decent work-life balance.

      Cons

      Completely insane politics-based company. Every silo is fighting against every other silo for funding, Senior Management is more interested in moving their pet projects forward than advancing company interests.

      Best grade salaries and compensation in Hungary, good self development opportunities (not in every role), career acceleration, many challenges to work on, be creative and provide your own solutions

      Cons

      Too many managers, old bureocratic ways to drive at some departments, micromanagement. Utilising cheap indian workforce in some IT areas and then suffer from the crappy quality of their work..
