They don't pay you for the extra hours put in by the person, hard work here isn't acknowledged, in the name of bonus we received peanuts I didn't even get half of my monthly salary

decent salary, challenging work, innovative ideas rewarded. excellent growth opportunities for hard-working and accountable employees. No politics. your work will speak itself. transparent on future vision. No unnecessary meetings.

Cons

hours are flexible but tracked. must put at least 9 hours. many times people get burned out. WFH is discouraged. sick leaves are investigated. too much pressure to perform. production is taken very seriously, many people scared to put anything into production. outdated and very slow and tiring deployment process. low bonus and hike. middle management unable to handle the pressure and pass it down, start finger-pointing and demotivate the employees. no trust in employees and keep getting watched secretly. many leads interrogate in a scrum
