      Good salary, raises and benefits

      Cons

      lots of favoritism, not enough supervision presence on the floor. No life allowed a life anymore, way to much overtime. Cant make plans, because you will more than likely be working.

      People on the floor are great.. pay is so so. Some very good mid managers team members

      Cons

      Management, acting GM has no idea on who his management team are. Does not know the good people he has or had. He is a very abusive person and everyone is afraid to complain. Has got rid of very hard working people and hired some useless ones. Maintenance Manager comes to mind. Why his boss allowed it to happen?.. cover thy butt. The company was and still is in trouble not making any money, the future is unknown.

      None, none, none, not at all

      Cons

      No respect, very very stressful, always ask you working overtime without pay, no time go to washroom, no time go for lunch, expect 1 person to do 2 to 3 people's work. My suggestion is Never ever go for Magna.
