From Magna Electronics Perspective(Software and Electronics):- - Quality of product no great as domain knowledge is poor. - There is no Centre of Excellence or pool of inhouse engineers - There is no roadmap, huge gap between R&D and market needs. - Management doesn't know what they are doing really, - Veoneer acquisition just for RADAR product integration didn't work well. - Work culture is extremely bad , resembles India services company - Work with fast to market, emerging OEMs and make them go bankrupt. Do you really wanna join here? If yes be ready to work with arrogant Indians only!!.

- Not transparent with pay. They will vastly undercut you. If you get a job offer and they offer you a salary, 100% they budgeted for $30 to $50K more than what they offering. - Management would rather hire a contractor, who costs way more and still complain that the contractor is not good. Instead of re-evaluating what they are paying existing performing employees. - Stoneage HR and Finance practices. - As a manager, you are just a glorified paper-pusher. - Extremely high turnover. Almost 20+ employees left/terminated in the past year and a half just in our department of 100-120 ppl. - Inadequate job preparedness trainings and support. - Management talks about trainings, but only if they are free. If they cost money, general response is, do you really need it? or this is not the right time.
