Low stress, generous vacation, free coffee,nice building, good landscaping, easy work.

Cons

Zero room for growth, under utilize employees, your spirit will get broken and you will find yourself rotting away at your desk. If you are not Spanish you are not going to get promoted.

save yourself don't waste your time with this company most of the negative reviews are spot on . No room for growth unless you know management on a personal level . systems are outdated .

Lots of friendly people, building itself is nice.

Cons

Almost everything else about the experience. Particularly since the office move to central Bristol and the rampant cut backs and staff layoffs as the result of unbelievably stupid and avoidable business decisions
