      Pros

      Great pay Amazing company culture Understanding that when you working 100% remote - family stuff comes up Really great benefits And extremely transparent, you won't be told "Hey I heard your company did this" and have to pretend you know what the person is talking about.

      Cons

      Not really a Con but some people don't like this - currently employees are contractors, so it's your job to make sure you put aside the appropriate taxes
