      1. Good Pay 2. Brand Name 3. Unlimited sick leaves

      1. Old technologies 2. Hire and fire 3. Bossy people 4. Micro management (report status every few hours in a chat group which has higher management) 5. Technical knowledge is not important here, only functional knowledge, that too PROJECT SPECIFIC. 6. You can get 0% hike too. 7. Don't be surprised if your manger threatens to escalate to senior management. 8. Don't be surprised if your senior management threatens to put in PIP program. 9. Existing people will be given more weightage over any new talented person. 10. No bond can be formed in the team, as people just try to save themselves. 11. Office politics and favouritism. 12. 0% technical growth over my tenure here.
