Pros

Access to new tools (sometime it will NOT be the latest due to client). Great Experience to add to your resume. Great overall staff to connect with when it comes to career development. Nice office, offer free snacks, and most times you can get free lunch.

Cons

Depending on what position you have your career can be plateau depending on how long you have been in the industry. Try not to be contracted by any staffing agency. Project pipeline seems a bit unstable. Hardly any mobile/tablet projects come into the pipeline. Key focus industry is auditing/accounting world. When projects are not in good standing, certain people will be blamed. Agile is still mixed with waterfall. (Truly not being empowered to be Agile) Training employees seems to be very limited. This gives concerns about career growth & development.

Pros

Few reasons remain for why one should work at AgileThought. I believe they are 100% remote now, so that could be one.

Cons

The culture change after the firm was sold in 2018/19 was profound. The new owners and leaders came from a staffing and MSP background and struggled to keep true outcome-based project delivery and sales going. A "race to bottom" strategy set in, talent left, and financial struggles followed.

Pros

Remote work and some clients are ok to work with.

Cons

Where do I even begin? When you loose 75% of the team members in a span of 6 months, you know things aren't right. But then what do you expect where there's a new guy coming in every month claiming to be the next "leader" who brings in his own regime and insists that you must follow his ways so he can save the day. What a joke. These guys are clueless and could care less about fixing the major problems like employee retention and the lack of processes or broken processes. All they care about is finding the next $$$ to make their revenue so they can please the board and make a pretty penny on commissions. Meanwhile, none of the employees have gotten a raise in over 2 years since the acquisition and they definitely didn't receive a penny when the company went public even though they were asked to give up perks to save the company money. Just when you think it can't get worse, it does, and that's why people are quitting literally everyday.
