      Pros

      Lifetime employeement from their HR point of view. Big name in Japan. NTT works everywhere there. 30 days annual leave : 20 + special 10 days for summer and year end, which is quite good compared to other Japanese companies

      Cons

      If you're non Japanese and smart, it would not take that long to realize your hidden role is to make global atmosphere to your super domestic Japanese colleagues by teaching them English.

      For some trainings destined to a project, they rely to vendor's documentation only, also for the career plan, you have to depends on yourself and your self money(that for dimension data Algeria only).
