      Pros

      NTT Data is a great company. Opportunities are limited only by the current portfolio of projects, but overall, I highly recommend working here. There are a lot of opportunities for remote work.

      Cons

      Business units are not as well coordinated as they could be. That is probably because the company is a combination of so many global acquisitions and their operations and cultures are slow to change.

      Pros

      Solid management team. McCain is driving the company in the right direction and his holding his team accountable. Unique blend of cultures due to integrating multiple companies in the last several years. If you want to be part of $1b+ company in North America that is in "start-up" mode....this is the place to be.

      Cons

      ....change is a constant, there is ambiguity, we are moving fast,, and it can be complex. If that is not your style, this may not be the right place for you.
