      Pros

      New leadership team with great vision, new mid-management structure with strong emphasis on team work and team learning - Training budget has gone up with company investing heavily in new talent and R&D - it is starting to feel more like a global player with some big and interesting projects on the horizon. Start-up vibe at the moment with the securty of strong backers - feels like there'll be exciting times ahead, perfect time to join for anyone after great career opportunities

      Cons

      Marketing strategy could be better - little known outside the industry and lacking a strong sense of identity.

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial - ability to develop and be compensated based upon the business and relationships you bring to the table. Flexible- simply consult, great.... Build client demand and bring the best of CG to that demand, awesome. Can carve your niche role, contribute in your own valuable way.

      Cons

      No equity. Many, many folks operating 'not sales' and yet 'not billable'. Loose management structure is empowering yet for younger talent needing more hand holding it can be less than structured enough for some.

      Pros

      Great collegues within team ! Car allowance (So far I know in Switzerland, Germany, Austria) Company Phone There is not really that much positive to mention. Lots to learn.

      Cons

      Salary is compared to other positions in Switzerland roughly 20 % lower than elsewhere. You are being sent to jobs, without relevant certifications or poor knowledge....which is like a mine field on customer site. They charge the customers a huge daily rate for you , but are not able to give you a training course in time. I asked several time the last 8 months for product training,...and I still haven`t got it. That`s sad and poor. I`ve been 14 months at the company, and you often feel left alone with everything. The company doesn`t " care " enough about its employees. Travel time is NOT work time. Means you have to get up 3 in the morning to be at customer site in time,....you all do this in your free time. Promised salary raise never happened. Seems they will offer you a salary raise after you terminated your contract, because you were fed up with the company. There is no real career possible within this company as a security consultant.
