No good comes from overloaded employees and incompetent management

Pros

Nice colleagues that are hard working and facing enormous challenges with positiveness

Cons

No respect for people's life, terrible working conditions (sometimes against all safety and health rules), stretching people to the maximum of their tolerance, travel conditions that are below any nomal small business standard (try and find a room costing less than 100£ in some cities, with no compensation at all for personal expenses such as phone), managers take credit for all people hard work, while those people saved them from a catastrophy following their very poor management decisions or inactions, no career perspective: if someone can be uses to 200% in a position, why bother give him a promotion? leave him there ! and paradoxally, there are more managers than the base, which makes the company very unbalanced, and decisions taking long

A medium sized business that’s growing very quickly

Pros

Lots of opportunity to travel – benefits and competitive salary, although one of the best things about Nomad is the people that work there.

Cons

I found myself very busy whilst working at Nomad (not necessarily a con) but it’s a rapidly growing business so challenging work is what I expected. I think it's fair to say that given the transition from a small to medium sized business; it's in the process of putting the resources in place to support its growing work force.

Losing there way

Pros

Few...none. Incentives set, but all jam for tomorrow.

Cons

No need to repeat the previous reviews, anyone reading wil gauge this is a company losing its way after what was a fantastic start up. Shareholders must be thinking whats going wrong and the value sinking faster than the titanic. The company must invest in core business systems. A business run by spread sheets is a business waiting to be involved in a train crash. Get a grip and Implement proven business systems where no one can hide the fact that orders won are grossly underestimated. Organisation that's a contradiction in terms. Too many silos. There is a significant amount engineering and technical competence within the business globally, regroup and use this muscle and get a leader (forget current so called internal leaders), and develop, Implement and start to regain lost ground. The company is losing its lead in the market, our nearest competitor is now preferred by Siemens? How has this been allowed to happen.
