Great pay and benefits. They paid more than average and provided a vehicle and great benefits. Employees had great relationships

Cons

Terrible work environment. VP watched everyone through cameras and the office had bad energy. Management in general had no direction and vision for the company.

*Unstable executive management, especially CEO Juan Villar *Decided to expand Singapore office, mass-recruited about 20 new staffs then decided to close the office 2 months later, terminated all employees (some just joint for about 2 weeks) *Lack of integrity and determination at work as some employees will just slack and the managers is too nice when dealing with them
