Pros

Easy to gain respect as most employees barely have a high school diploma. Overtime is often worked, which means more money.

Cons

Their HR department is terrible; overtime is required and a non-negotiable; hardly anyone has a college degree; a lot of theft happens among colleagues.

Pros

My paycheck is always on time. Most of my colleagues are friendly and competent.

Cons

Upper management controls the workflow across several different industries and a lot of the time this isn't ideal and makes getting things done difficult. Processes don't apply to my work/industry but I have to do it anyway because thats the way the "system" is setup. And the proprietry software sucks. too many redundancies in the workflow.

Salaries are competitive with other companies of the same size and benefits are standard for the industry

Cons

There is a culture of awarding contracts and giving jobs to people in the inner circle of the upper management. Not a meritocracy and is ultimately negatively affecting the product.
