Cons

Health insurance gets worse every year. $35 a week for coverage is absolutely obnoxious. The salary is honestly below market value and not to mention the "bonuses" are also being given later and later every year. Soon enough the bonuses will be non-existent. We're in the month of June and there has been zero discussion about when we will receive it. The yearly increases are literally a joke and don't you dare try to ask for a raise after they drop loads and loads of work onto you with their high turnover rate....because all they'll do is talk you into circles. The turnover is extremely high in every department which makes it impossible to build relationships and meet actual goals. Morale is extremely low across all regions and everyone is clearly unhappy. The company's in-house system is completely trash. The system does not function well and is constantly crashing. The fact that this company operates on an in-house system makes it difficult for people to hit the ground running once hired. You'll have to spend weeks getting the person acclimated, only for them to realize how terrible the system and company is weeks later and leave. It's a horrible cycle. And even with many jobs switching to hybrid, this company REFUSES to do the same. During the peak of covid in Mar 2020, all staff returned to the office in June of 2020...only 2-3 months after the lockdown. And yes. You guessed it. Not one email was sent to staff to check in on their physical and mental health during this tough time. Honestly, if you're unemployed and just looking for a random filler job....I would still tell you to RUN. It is NOT worth the headache
