      Inspiring and motivating top level leadership. Exciting to be a part of the exponential growth. Opportunity for advancement. You are in control of your own success. Uncapped commission. Great benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k with match, mileage reimbursement). Company phone and laptop provided. Sales competitions with awesome prizes. Our CEO, Ritesh, and our Head of US, Marcus, truly care and are hands on with employees and clients of all levels. Fun team building events and trainings.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a Mon-Friday 8-5 job, this is not for you. Be prepared to be attached to your work phone 24/7. It is a startup so things are constantly changing at a very fast pace. If you can’t keep up, you will fail. Sales numbers are top priority, if you aren’t performing, you will be let go. Communication and follow through on all levels needs improvement. Beginning to over hire sales people and creating a cut throat, “survival of the fittest” culture.

      OYO are brilliant at selling the dream but the day to day reality is more like a nightmare. They are single minded at achieving growth at any cost. Staff are continuing to be hired at an alarming rate with no thought put into the role or any support for it - you are left to yourself without a clue and then they fire you and repeat. Sales targets are murky and ever changing and commission is non existent.
