      Pros

      Good role for freshers and those who haven't done an MBA. Good to learn about a cross functional role.

      Cons

      Expectations on targets unrealistic. Monthly grading system like schools, consecutive bad grades result in termination. They would offer a fancy title, then say they have scrapped that role and put you in BD profile. Not suggested for an MBA with more than 2 yrs experience!

      Lack of structured mentorship, esp for women. Women are mostly given "soft" roles and not involved in major decision making
