      No pros at all high politics and crazy targets which are unachievable. They will hire mba graduates for executive roles by saying they are hiring for demand manager

      Mass hiring and mass firing. Guys dont get into this company. The hr will commit wrong things. Completely useless guys will be there, if hou join here life will be spoiled. They will ask to sell hotel rooms Of other brands also. You will be sorrounded by unethical people

      Open culture, no attendance system

      Cons

      No job security, after three months you may have to leave. Very high attrition rate. No bonding within employees

      Fast paced environment, great peer culture, open culture with control to take initiatives and improve the setup

      Cons

      My hub head once told, if you're here for learning and development this is not the place to be. 0 work life balance, always at work . No respect for employees. Absolutely 0 planning. If you have x target planned for next month suddenly a day before month begins it becomes 3x. No consideration for employee's long term career. High pressure doesn't necessarily mean great growth.
