Pros
If you are in the right team, then Oracle is the best company. You can ask for whatever work you like and you will get it. All Managers are so supportive. Good work-life balance. No specific office timings. As long as the work is done, you need not care about your work timings.
Cons
very less hikes No/less bonus Oracle is lowering its standards by recruiting people who are not up to the mark and who are fine with less salary. This will definitely effect the applications in long run.
