Pros

A lot of nice opportunity with nice benefit: nice medical insurance, free company wide activities. People there are very nice, alway ready to help others. Very good team work. I have a very nice manager and he is really consider every members' career development. Nice training opportunities.

Cons

I can hardly find Cons for it. I think the main cons is that it is too short of new employers training compared to other company might have a month new employers training. but it is only have half day.

Pros

Flexible timings are there Good work culture Managers are cool Relaxed environment Standardized work

Cons

You should check with your manager about what progress you can make in your career in the coming two year. Hikes are not regular and even then not performance dependent.
