Pros

1. Cutting edge Technology 2. People from IIT/NIT & other reputed colleges from whom you can learn things everyday. 3. Freedom of what to do 4. Less Micromanagement 5. Open WorkPlace

Cons

1. Hikes are very less. For India where 8-10% hike/year is normal, it pays only 4-5% max sometime no hike for years. 2. For promotion they don't count your total number of experience rather only Oracle experience which is very annoying for experiences people.
