Pros
I was in Oracle CGBU based on Mexico City (area which is focused on communications industry) as entry level consultant. The best was the formation (training, expertise of co-workers, courses, product documentation, engineering support) that Oracle has to offer to you as a big school in contrast to other companies of consultancy. Being an Oracle employee you get access to all the benefits and infrastructure that company offers.
Cons
Very low salary to consultants. You will earn only a third of the amount that you can earn in other small-medium company after a year. The performance appraisal is a waste of time since perhaps you get a good or excelent performance, your raises salary will be only 1%-2% each year!
