Cons

Not much salary hike. Folks are not happy with compensation benefits. Salary growth is sometimes absent and mostly very very low. work pressure is too much.

The environment is very good, free working style and smooth relationship between team members. There are a lot of social activities here to enjoy yourself, and the training and technology are good.

Cons

The pay is not the best and there is no guarantee of a salary bump every year. Even if your business group did very well, if other areas of the company did poorly it can affect your compensation.
