      Good work environment. No discernible opportunities for technical innovation. Managers manage too many people.

      Pros

      I was able to telecommute, and that was a huge benefit. (I can't imagine why anyone who isn't a recent college graduate would relocate for a job anymore.)

      Cons

      There was no actual innovation. Most of the technical discussions were about curly braces and indentation, bug triage, and arcane recipes for reproducing bugs. Some people enjoy the reassuring stability of doing similar things over and over again. Not me.

      Lot of in-house technology one can learn. One can move between teams after some fixed years in project.

      Less to no hikes Not much collaboration between teams Promotion does not come easily

      facility is pretty good. Upper management not too intrusive.

      culture is standard large corp culture. weight of corp is hard to move.
