* Very secure job. * Immense flexibility. You can work from home as much as you want * Excellent gym in HQ
Cons
* No bonus at all even if you have worked for many years. negligible pay hike if you are lucky. * Very frugal environment. Dont expect any extra single penny than paycheck. New CEO/President is trying her best to save every single dime. * Very slow moving. Every body try to cover their back. * Many unmotivated employees who just want to hang in there and collect the paycheck. * Oracle has tendency to keep buying companies so not a single good quality product is developed in house.
