      Oracle has a good work life balance, there are so many activities hold by social community to connect all employees beyond work.

      Cons

      Salaries are not so competitive compare to other technology company, maybe not much career opportunities cause functions of softwares are nearly mature.

      Flexibility: Oracle allows you to work from home one day a week and still keep your office. Some people arrive early in the day, others later.

      Cons

      Oracle does not seem to care about its employees. Oracle is unfair with their salaries: they pay newly-hired junior engineers more than people with many years experience. Raises and bonuses are rare and small.
