Great Benefits flexible hours co workers upgraded/ ergonomic workplace

1.too many managers with their own agendas. 2. lack of career progression 3. the starting pay is very inconsistent. some people were asked how much they made in previous jobs/roles and was only offered slightly more. Some people say they weren't asked and received what they wanted. so the level 3 engineer that gets slammed could be making the same as the level 1 agent that just answers phones while watching youtube and ships tickets off to the next person.
