- Managers allow you to grow at a pace comfortable to you. - In NetSuite Support, we work as a team and we help each other out based on different expertise. - Competitive salary and high for a fresh grad with no experience. - Benefits are great.

Cons

- Internal Opportunities are a bit lacking if coming from support. A lot of patience is needed. - Promotions are not easily attainable (e.g. not only performance is assessed but also market ). - Work-life is a bit hard to achieve.
