Pros

- high starting salary - less to no overtime required - HMO, internet allowance, medical reimbursements, budget for team activities, free food during onsite - professional, kind and considerate management team - hybrid setup but onsite is very very rare depending on department - exposure in talking to different race - good training provided - lucrative career path

Cons

- usually entry-level roles are night shift but you have a chance to be on mid/day shift depending on vacancies - pay raise purely depends on company performance, hence, it is not regular. unless you will be promoted yearly
