Pros

In general, the people you will work with in development and PM are nice.

Cons

The new UX leadership has a visual design background and have put all their focus on a bespoke font and a design system. Upper level UX executives review every design for visual appearance and have laid off most of the senior designers. It will be very uncomfortable when upper management realizes this direction will not yield the business results they were looking for. There are no raises and no internal promotions. Only go there for UX if you have few other choices and don’t plan to stay long.

Pros

I'm at the Santa Clara campus working on Solaris platform related products. Life-work balance is good. Flexible office hours. It could be okay to work from home depending on the team. Individual offices event for some team.

Cons

Not much career growth.
