Pros

Good health benefits, relatively stable company, good 401k match but have to stay for 5 years for full vesting schedule.

Cons

Weak vacation package, stock options are pretty worthless, and company does not invest in it's employees, not in their morale, their tools, unless you have a really good manager who fights for you.

Pros

I loved the work culture and talented people. I always had flexible timings and my leadership was performance oriented. They have acquired a lot of great assets over the years. Travel and general benefits are great in Oracle. As they say, 'Larry will pay (LWP)'. Few companies have such liberal policies. This is great because for a few bucks more, people offer much more productivity in return.

Cons

There is too much old technology and old thinking in the company. This is holding them back from making great products. The tech process is so slow that you don't really see any impact of being there unless you stick around for a decade!
