Pros

Fantastic cause to work for and work environment can't be better.

Cons

Not many promotion options for staff in initial levels. Pay progression for low level staff is practically nonexistent.

Good environment corporate culture, friendly colleagues. Friendly atmosphere.

No downsides really, Did not enjoy working weekends.

Relaxed office, good to give back, they really don't waste anything. Overall I really enjoyed working with Oxfam, would reccomend

Sometimes the shop was really cold, there was a lot of theft in the shop from customers and also some drunk/aggressive regulars,
