Pros

Everyone is very friendly there

Cons

As a volunteer, you end up sorting out donation most of the time. Is like you have to find things to do for yourself, so when you first go there it can feel a bit lost.

Pros

Contact with and travel to 100+ countries. A real sense of doing something for a good cause. This is important to me.

Cons

Can get bureaucratic at times. Constant changes and restructures. Sometimes the initiatives to "save money" (huge pressure on charities) can backfire into spending more, actually.
