Pros
Great benefits package. They encourage healthy living and give discounts and cash back for accomplishing healthy living goals throughout the calendar year. The training is instense and consistent, but it gives us the opportunity to be prepared. They try and accomodate everyday life situations...PTO if needed, paid community service time, alternate working hours, transfers to other branches, etc.
Cons
Senior management has been with the company FOREVER, so the opportunities for advancement into management positions are very far and few in between. When they do come up, it's a blood bath to get them. Even though we are encouraged to apply for other positions within the company, it seems like the selection process has a "most popular" feel to them at times.
