Pros
I love working for Paychex because you have the opportunity to learn so much and work with very interesting clients. The training department is phenomenal and eager to teach those who want to learn. You can definitely grow with the company as they provide great leadership training and tools to help you succeed. The employees who work at Paychex are like a family to me. They are some of my best friends and we all genuinely support each other.
Cons
Like all companies, each branch and division has their own respective manager. I have been fortunate to have had great people to work with. Ultimately service comes down to the people who are servicing accounts and not all are the best. However, the good people heavily out way the bad.
