      Great training, nice office, nice co workers, overworked underpaid.

      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunities to learn at Paychex, but you must be motivated to do so. The training is great. There is generally a good amount of support from co workers, and you can ask questions to anyone who works there and find your answer.

      Cons

      The workload is tough. Basically if you do a good job, you are rewarded with more clients. There is a lot of management saying they understand, but little of doing anything to help with the issues.

      insurance, stable work, cute salespeople

      Cons

      mngt sucks. nothing better to do than mng u to the hour. salesforce was the worst thing for us salespeople. DSM's and Zone Mng with nothing better to do than read rpts. They can't manage u up so they micro your day to death. early am phone calls followed by evening phone calls. we meet every mon, wed, fri. talk about beating the dead horse
