Pros

The people, the people, the people! I can't say enough about how wonderful management is, how willing and ready people are to support you as a team member, and how great a lot of the clients are to work with. The benefits are fantastic.

Cons

The pay wasn't as much as I would have liked for the level of work and stress involved. Growth potential was a little lacking.

You can start with a very minimul salary and almost double that in a few years

Needs to be much more consistant in how people are treated, some are allowed to do whatever they want and others are chastised much more easily
