Friendly place to work, management is promoted from within, great for balancing work and life. Office is viewed as a community

Cons

Job can be boring, and repeats itself. Qualifications of job are not high to become a specialist. Not a very high salary

The level of benefits is worth the work. For instance you are entitled to 5, two hour doctor appointments per year and this does not pull from your five sick days.

Cons

Employees hired in sales does not represent the global workplace. The company would do better to develop some diversity training for it hiring managers.
