Pros

Managers are great. Always helpful and look out for what is best for the employee. Work life balance is great. Unlimited PTO!

Cons

Technology is old. Onboarding is rocky. Alot of chargebacks/lost clients. Unhappy current clients.

Worked with Paychex for over 8 years. The company was very good to work for under Marty. Once John Gibson took over, that all took a change. Maybe the PTO. Some benefits.

Cons

- Took away company picnic/holiday luncheons - Favoritism runs deep in the company - Raises/bonuses taken away - bonuses taken away from certain employee's in 2024. - senior employee's making less than new employee's - SERVICE leadership is bad - Turnover - Senior leadership - CEO

Benefits , allowed to go try different departments if you like them, you can stay

Cons

Was fired after 29.5 years my supervisor was fired. Two weeks later. I was out six months disability. I came back to a new group a new supervisor. No one explained anything to me, but before I left on disability, I had all of these awards. I did the most calls in the company of 222. All my surveys were seven, but nobody could explain anything to me. It’s very upsetting
