Pros

Reasonable hours and work life balance

Cons

Unorganized and inconsistent practices made it difficult for me to know which one of the managers were giving accurate advice.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and there are generally some really great people that work here.

Cons

The company is investing millions in offshoring and laying off people in the US in large quantities on a regular basis. They are sending as many jobs as possible to India and the Philippines with no regards to the US workforce. The stateside people have to watch the company constantly highlight the operations and the people in India while there is never any appreciation or thanks for the US folks. Multiple senior level managers are legitimately clueless and do not know how to lead teams.

Priorities can shift quickly, requiring frequent context switching Processes and documentation are still evolving, which can create ambiguity at times Workloads can be heavy during peak periods or major initiatives Cross-functional dependencies may slow decision-making Communication across teams is not always consistent Limited structure in some areas, requiring employees to be comfortable figuring things out independently Growth paths and role expectations could be clearer in certain functions
